The Amendments Stage of the Local Area Plan Review process is made up of four phases:
1. Public Display of Amendments to Draft Plan
The Material Alterations to the Draft Local Area Plan and the accompanying Environmental Reports will be available to view here
2. Chief Executive’s Report prepared on Public Submissions
The Chief Executive’s Report on Submissions received on the Material Alterations to the Draft Plan will be available for viewing here. The report summarises the submissions received and outlines the Chief Executive’s recommendations.
3. Consideration of Chief Executive’s Report
The Chief Executive’s Report on the Submissions received on the Material Alterations of the Draft Roscommon County Development Plan 2021-2027 will be considered at a meeting with the Elected Members in due course.
4. Adoption of Plan
It is anticipated that the Boyle Local Area Plan will be adopted and come into effect following completion of the foregoing stages of the Plan making process.
