The Pre-Draft Stage of the County Development Plan Review process is made up of four phases:
- Pre-Draft Public Consultation – submissions will be accepted from members of the public and prescribed stakeholders.
- Prepare Chief Executive’s Report on Consultation – the Chief Executive will prepare a report on any submissions received during this period and will submit this report to the Elected Members for their consideration.
- Directions from Members on Draft Plan – The Members may issue directions to the Chief Executive regarding the preparation of the Draft Development Plan.
- Preparation of Draft County Development Plan 2021-2027 will then commence.
